We have done are best to include as much engraving as possible. However since we did not want to charge everyone extra for engraving that they may not want; we have added options that may be selected at extra charge. Such as: engraving on backside, color fill or other things of that nature.
Copyrights & Trademarks:
By submitting logos, art or any other images to Laser Design by Russ, it is assumed that you have the legal rights and/or legal permission and therefore you are authorizing Laser Designs by Russ to reproduced said images. Purchaser / customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from actions or demands brought against supplier for all trademark or copyright infringements.
Lead-time on stocked engravable items is 3-4 working days. Items not stocked by Laser Designs by Russ please allow 5-6 working days. These items will be noted in red under the product description for each item . If orders will extend past 6 working days purchaser will be notified by e-mail before work is started. We will do everything we can to get orders out as quickly as possible. If your would like to has something shipped overnight or second day please call before placing your order. Client is responsible for providing all details and graphics in a timely manner. Laser Design by Russ cannot be held responsible for late orders caused by delinquent client responsibilities.
Laser Design by Russ in not liable for the condition of any images, artwork or photographs that are sent to us, returned from us or otherwise lost in the mail or shipping. Please, do not send us any “valuable”, “irreplaceable”, or otherwise “one of a kind images” without prior notification and approval first. We suggest that you send us a copy of your image. When mailing pictures, be sure to place cardboard or other rigid material around photo to prevent damage to it in transit. Photographs that we receive creased or otherwise damaged may be deemed unusable for laser engraving and may require another picture sent. The time for digitally repairing images is not included in our product cost and will be subject to addition charges, if applicable. We may return images sent to us with the completed order.
All U.S. orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, UPS, Fedex, or DHL.
Everything purchased from us is 100% Guaranteed against defects in materials or errors in workmanship. If anything sold is defective or is not made to specifications provide to us, you may return the item (in new condition) and we will fully replace the item free of charge. Every item is inspected prior to shipping. We will not replace or refund an item if the information we receive was misspelled or wrong photo is sent. Laser Design by Russ cannot guarantee that the engraving results with meet your expectations. This especially applies to engraving photographs because of the many factors involved in engraving photos. These factors are controlled by the many possible characteristics of photographs, which is something that we have very little control over. The customer assumes full responsibility for what they submit and to ensure that the content provided to Laser Design by Russ is correct. Laser Design by Russ retains the right to refuse work that is determined unsuitable or to be in bad taste.
